LEGAL & USER GOVERNANCE AGREEMENT

Operating Service: Vriddhi Matrimony Digital Matchmaking Platform

Document Scope: Membership Eligibility, Account Rules, Subscription Terms, Code of Conduct & Legal Governance

Applicability: All Registered Free & Premium Members across Web

Minimum Marriageable Age: Members must meet the statutory legal age for marriage under their applicable personal laws (e.g., minimum 18 years for females and 21 years for males under Indian law).
Legal Capacity: Applicants must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract and legally eligible to enter into matrimony (unmarried, legally divorced, or widowed).
Bona Fide Intent: Membership is strictly restricted to individuals seeking genuine matrimonial alliances. Casual dating, friendship, commercial networking, or solicitation are strictly prohibited.

Single Account Rule: Only one active profile per individual is permitted on Vriddhi Matrimony. Creating duplicate, fake, or proxy accounts without authorization will lead to immediate deactivation without refund.
Accuracy & Honesty: Members are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete details regarding age, marital status, education, occupation, and background.
Representation: Profiles may be created by the candidate directly or by immediate family members/guardians with explicit consent.
Credentials Responsibility: Members are solely responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality and all actions performed under their account.

Free Members: Basic registration allows profile setup, uploading photos, browsing matches, and expressing interest.
Paid Subscriptions: Viewing direct contact details, initiating personalized chats, and accessing premium matchmaking features require an active paid plan.
Non-Transferable: Memberships and contact credits are strictly personal and cannot be assigned, transferred, or shared.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once service usage begins or account access is granted, including cases of profile deletion or violation of terms.

Public Contact Info Restrictions: Displaying phone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, social media links, or external URLs in public profile fields is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Non-Solicitation: Members cannot use the platform to market businesses, sell products/services, distribute promotional material, or solicit loans/donations.
No Harassment: Sending abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or hateful communications to other members is strictly forbidden.
Automated Tools: The use of bots, web scrapers, or automated software tools to access or mine user data is prohibited.

Child Protection (CSAM/CSAE): Vriddhi Matrimony maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child abuse, exploitation, grooming, or transmission of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Violations result in immediate, permanent ban and reporting to national law enforcement.
Anti-Human Trafficking & Forced Marriage: Using the platform for human trafficking, forced marriage, debt bondage, or labor/sexual exploitation is strictly banned and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Verification Rights: Vriddhi Matrimony reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driver's License) to verify account authenticity.
Account Suspension/Termination: Vriddhi Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any profile without prior notice or refund if a member breaches these terms, engages in fraud, or violates safety guidelines.

Independent Verification: Match recommendations are provided for personal evaluation. Members are strongly advised to independently verify background details, legal status, and credentials of prospective matches prior to making commitments or sharing financial information.
No Marriage Guarantee: Vriddhi Matrimony operates as a matchmaking platform and does not guarantee a successful marriage or match outcome.
Jurisdiction & Legal Governing: All legal matters and disputes arising out of membership are governed by applicable national laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent judicial courts.

This document constitutes the Terms & Conditions of Membership governing the use of Vriddhi Matrimony services.
